Michael Fishpool, Founder & CEO
Michael founded Fish Vision in 2003 and has deep experience in business process design and software development. These skills combined with his overall business acumen, gives him a unique ability to identify and advise our clients on their ideal digital strategy and technology roadmap. Michael holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Newcastle.
Wayne Troy, General Manager
Wayne has over 20 years’ sales, marketing and management experience with start-ups, SMB's and mid-market corporates as both a startup founder and senior leader. Wayne runs day to day operations at Fish Vision and is also qualified to coach the LeanStack Continuous Innovation Framework, developed by Ash Muraya, world renowned author of the Running Lean and Scaling Lean startup books.
Chris Cresson, Snr Tech Manager
Chris is a senior full stack developer with over 16 years experience across multiple technologies and frameworks. Chris oversees all things technical at Fish Vision and provides inhouse expertise across cloud based infrastructure, security, DevOps and agile project delivery. Chris holds a Bachelor of IT Degree from the University of Marne la Vallee in Paris, France.
Mohamed Hamed, Front End Developer
Mohamed is a senior developer specialising in React, React Native and other front-end technologies. Mohamed has worked on mid to large scale native and web application projects in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Egypt during his 16-year career. He received a Bachelor of Science Information Systems from the Thebes Institute of Engineering in Cairo, Egypt.
Adrian Aguire, Full Stack Developer
Adrian is a full stack developer with 12 years frontend and 8 years backend experience across many established and emerging technologies. Adrian constantly seeks new ways to improve his craft, from designing architecture to applying best practice UI/UX patterns. He is currently finalising a B. Engineering (IT) Degree at the European University in Warsaw, Poland.
Mireille Boutros, UX / UI Designer
Mireille has over 18 years experience in data driven UX/UI and solution design, having created cross platform interfaces for websites, web applications, mobile applications, and internal software. Mireille has always focused on what's important - the way real people interact with the digital environments we are creating. Her focus is to make their experience as efficient, seamless, and enjoyable as possible.
